Shown is a genuine elk tooth (the 'eye' teeth are actually precious ivory), set with a fire agate and capped in sterling silver. It was done in the flowing 'living line' design. This particular piece is shown as an example only, since it was custom-made to order, but if you like, I can create a similar one for you.
