Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is cabochon of ususual ocean jasper, from Madagascar. This cab is an excellent example of the agate variety, showing excellent translucence, as illustrated by the backlit photo. The pastel bullseyes range from peachy orange to a more yellow hue, to lavender, and some toward the slender end are ghostly though still quite well defined. The cab has a high rounded dome, a gracefully curvy designer 'flame' shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
