Spiderman jasper cab ~
Offered here is a sweet cabochon of spiderman jasper, a fairly recent find near the Oregon/Idaho border. This particular stone was cut from material I hand selected in Quartzite a few years back, and I think it's of a nicer quality than the newer stuff. It certainly cuts an interesting cab, with reddish-orange spiderwebbing against a black background. It's just bound to make a fascinating item of jewelry, and I encourage you to give it a try. The cab has a high rounded dome, a sleek designer 'paisley' shape, and a nice glossy polish both front and back.
