Charoite cab ~
Offered here is a rather unusual cabochon of charoite, from Russia. This particular stone is quite different from most, being more of a jelly type charoite. It features delightful coloration in deep purples and lavender, along with a touch of golden-red tinaksite as well as some dabs of black aegirine-augite. It has a high rounded dome, a rounded triangular shape, and a fine glossy polish both front and back.
