Psilomelane plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Crown of Silver psilomelane. It has typical sub-metallic black alternating with the shiny silver bands, and it also has several intricate plumes in brighter silver. A genuine rarity. Now mind you, much of the detail isn't as apparent in the stone as the photos reveal, mostly because the photos are enlarged; the cab is more subtle in hand, but beautifully collectible nonetheless. It has a high rounded dome, a bold designer shape, and a fine polish both front and back.
