Owyhee jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Owyhee jasper, from Oregon. This famous member of the porcelain jasper family features delightful figure in creamy burnt yellows and ochre/tan, with net-like streaks of dark red and orange. One of my all time favorite jaspers, this fine example has absolutely no pits or cracks, it's all just gorgeous patterning. The stone has a very high rounded dome, a bold, pwerful shape, and a brilliantly glassy polish both front and back.
