Oco geode cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon cut from a slice of an Oco geode, (aka Ocho). This translucent agate has a lovely presence, owing to its many intricate feathery white wisps that frame its sparkly crystal-studded center. A close look reveals that the band of crystals has a very slight amethystine tinge to it. There's also a streak of rusty red, and just a touch of yellow adding to the contrast. It's a designer's delight for sure! The stone has a nicely rounded dome of 6mm, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
