Ochoco moss agate cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Ochoco moss/tube agate. This amazing beauty came from an old stockpile I lucked into last year; what a happy day, this stuff is a great favorite of mine! It features mossy tube-like threads in a translucent agate base that has an almost opalescent glow. Delightful depth to this stone! There's just a bit of matrix on the back, and a tiny bit on one side; if you see that as a drawback, please bear in mind it will probably be concealed by most any setting. This cab has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a sleek 'spear' shape, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
