Amethyst sage agate cab ~
Here is a cabochon of amethyst sage agate, from Nevada. Cut years ago by my cousin, this stone was part of a collection of scenics. It has patterning that looks something like a pair of old pine trees, against a dusky lavender sky. There are a couple of natural voids in this one, but they actually add to the unique nature of the stone. It has a low rounded dome of 5mm, a crisp designer shape you'll have fun with, polished both front and back.
