Rhodochrosite cab ~
Offered here is a large, deluxe cabochon of rhodochrosite, from Catamarca, Argentina. This delicious cab features various shades of rose-pink, with a nice degree of crystalline translucence. There's a wavy band wending through the stone, partially framing a grouping of subtle orbs, in shades of pastel pink and palest grayish white. The stone has a designer 'fan' shape, a nicely rounded dome of 6mm, and a great gleaming polish both front and back.
