Dryhead agate cab ~
Offered here is an amazing cabochon of collectible Dryhead agate, from Montana. This bright and well patterned beauty features wild fortification banding in vivid hues of reddish-orange framing a couple of sparkling crystalline cores, and some meandering areas of pretty pink lace. This extra fancy example has next to none of the fractures so often typical of the material; happily the only light feather I can find is totally healed and all but unnoticeable. The cab has a bold designer shape, a low rounded dome of 4mm, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
