Stick agate cab ~
Offered here is an interesting cabochon of stick agate, a relatively recent addition to the lapidary world, which hails from Turkey. This example boasts a fascinating pattern of tubes, in white, some of which resemble cut straws, contrasting nicely against a translucent background the color of root beer, with subtle greenish undertones. Nice arrangement of eyes and orbs. The cab has a low but well rounded dome of 5mm, a sweet designer 'catseye' shape, and a smooth glassy polish both front and back.
