Confetti chrysocolla cab ~
Offered here is a lovely cabochon of confetti chrysocolla in agate, from Arizona. This fabulous old material is a delight to work with, and the resulting cabs are always uniquely beautiful. This example features vivid turquoise blue spots and dots, in a background of highy translucent agate. Like a snowstorm in blue! There is some minor pitting present, typical of this material, but I doubt you'll find that at all distracting. The stone has a low rounded dome of 5mm, a crisp triangular 'shield' shape, and a fine glassy polish front and back.
