Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is a distinguished cabochon of Madagascar's ocean jasper that's really all agate. My most favorite kind! This example features several flowery bullseyes and orbs seemingly afloat in a background of milky white. They kind of remind me of lily pads, and each is ringed with ghostly ripples in pastel shades of purple. Interesting that the row of orbs changes color so dramatically as a pair of lines bisect them, adding much visual appeal to the stone's composition. The cab has a low rounded dome of 4mm, a versatile designer shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
