Malachite cab ~
Offered here is a large and extra fancy cabochon of malachite, from Zaire. It features an awesome pattern of multi-ringed bullseyes fortified by countless fine and lacy bandings in rich, vividly contrasting shades of light and dark green. Plenty of character and appeal in this one, it's positively amazing! It'll look fabulous in even the simplest of settings, no doubt. The cab has a generously high rounded dome of 8mm, and a plump designer drop shape, with a super glossy polish. The backside has a somewhat wavy polish due to some bright blue chysocolla and brown matrix mixed in, just visible at a few places topside, at the edges.
