Spiderman jasper cab ~
Offered here is a sweet cabochon of spiderman jasper, found near the Oregon/Idaho border. This particular stone was cut from material Rain hand selected in Quartzite a few years back, and I think it's of a higher quality than most. Nicest I've ever seen. It certainly cuts an interesting cab, jam packed with wild reddish-orange spiderwebbing against a background of very dark reddish brown to black. It's just bound to make a fascinating item of jewelry, and I encourage you to give it a try. The cab has a well rounded dome of 5.5mm, a sleek designer 'spear' shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
