Turquoise ~
Offered here is a cabochon of turquoise, from Kingman, Arizona. It features bright turquoise-blue coloration, along with a very attractive webbed pattern of grayish matrix. There are also a few tiny glints of silvery pyrite here and there, too. Yes, this is stabilized material, as is most modern turquoise, but it contains no artificial coloring of any kind. It cut beautifully, and will stand up to every day wear without turning green over the years. The cab has a nicely rounded dome of 5.5mm, and a plump designer drop shape, finished with a smooth glossy polish both front and back.
