Brazilian agate set ~
Offered here is a matching set of three cabochons cut from banded carnelian agate, from brazil. These vibrant stones feature juicy orange alternating with milky white and clear agate; very eye-catching, to say the least. The bands themselves are composed of thinner bands so fine that backlighting reveals some iris effect; if the stones were cut thinner, I'm quite certain they would show rainbows. But backlit or not, these three stones are definitely beauties, ready to spark your creative imagination to new heights! Each of this trio of cabs has a low rounded dome of 4mm, a versatile designer shape, and a great glassy polish both front and back.
