Spiderweb obsidian cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of spiderweb obsidian, which hails from Mexico, though I'm not sure it's actively being mined these days. This example has plenty of sky blue spiderwebbed figures against a soft black background. This unusual obsidian is striking and ornate, bound to make an amazing item of jewelry, and I encourage you to give it a try. The cab has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a sleek designer shape, polished to a brilliantly glassy shine both front and back.
