Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is large, deluxe cabochon of ocean jasper, from Madagascar. This unique cab has a decidedly festive, upbeat quality to it, entertaining the eye with an impressive array of fancy bullseyes and orbs of various sizes and colors. A close look reveals that the green area is edged with tiny pseudomorphs of crystals. The backside is attractive too, so an open-backed setting would be just the ticket. The stone has a nicely rounded dome of 5.5mm, and a versatile designer 'S' shape that's polished both front and back.
