| |  | Description | | | ~ Montana agate cab ~ Offered here is a designer cabochon of Montana dendritic agate, cut from rough we 'found' in a Montana rockshop some years back. heh This example has a nice display of the classic inky black dendrites interspersed within thin ribbon-like bands seen partially on edge. The background agate is translucent, subtly bluish in color, with an almost opalescent quality to it that I really like. There's a attractive dimension of depth to the stone, which ought to help spark your creative imagination. It has a well rounded dome of 5mm, a gracefully fluid 'flame' shape, and a brilliantly glassy polish both front and back. (If it's of interest to you, Chris has a smaller matching flame-shaped stone in his next forthcoming group of cabs, which was cut from the same nodule.) Size: 54x16mm
