Confetti agate cab ~
Offered here is a deluxe cabochon of choice confetti agate, from Mexico. This is an uncommon but classic material not often seen in recent years, and one that's very appropriately named, as you can see. It's a real upbeat carnival of celebration, with the central part of the stone showing the characteristic islands of coral-pink and yellow confettis, coral-pink confettis at the pointed end, and the bottom portion with hot red and orange flame-like plumes. Some areas of the stone exhibit partial translucence, though I haven't included a backlit photo. It'll be a knockout featured in a setting of either gold or silver, no doubt, or a splendid addition to any rare agate collection. The stone has a well rounded dome of 6mm, a designer 'flame' shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
