Priday tube agate cab ~
Offered here is an extraordinary cabochon of Priday tube agate, from the famous Priday agate beds in Oregon. These grand old thundereggs are thrilling to cut, because one never knows what surprises they hold within. I love the gorgeous blue and smoky hues in this example, and the golden moss tendrils within the tubes encased by haloes of translucent black agate. Please be sure to click the pics for a closer look, so you can see the fine details in this stone. And it's all 100% natural, NOT dyed or otherwise manipulated in any way. The cab has a nicely rounded dome of 5mm, a plump designer teardrop shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back. Please note there is some pitting/undercutting on the backside.
