Spiderweb obsidian cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of spiderweb obsidian, mined in Mexico. This example has an artful arrangement of sky blue spiderwebbing contrasting against a black background. The ornate webbed pattern really does resemble a spider's web, perhaps a bit windblown... or well used. Absolutely awesome stuff! It's just bound to make an amazing item of jewelry, and I encourage you to give it a try. The cab has a generously rounded dome of 7mm, and a crisp designer 'spear' shape that's polished to a slick glassy shine both front and back.
