Flowering obsidian cab suite ~
Offered here is a matching trio of cabochons cut from flowering obsidian, old-timey material that hails from Mexico. They feature wild starburst patterns in silvery white with hints of palest pink that stand out wonderfully against a blackish background. They're pom-poms, really, and they are shaped exactly like exploding fireworks! Or chrysanthemums, perhaps. Fabulous stuff, this flowering material is quite unlike any other obsidian, and I must say I like it a lot; every cab is totally unique! Each of these three stones has a nicely rounded dome of 5mm, and a smooth, glassy polish front and back.
