Turquoise cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of top notch spiderweb turquoise, from China. This one has absolutely GORGEOUS spiderwebbing, very intricate, and excellent contrast. The bright sky blue to lime coloration is accentuated by the jet black webs. No doubt this material has been stabilized by some hardening process, as is most modern turquoise, but I don't believe it has been subjected to artificial coloring of any kind. It polished like a dream, and will wear wonderfully, without changing over the years. The cab has a well rounded dome of 4mm, a designer 'diamond' shape, and a smooth glossy polish both front and back.
