Charoite cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of charoite, which hails from the world's only source, along the Charo River, located in a very remote area of East Central Siberia. This cab features a wavy ribbon sort of pattern with pearly chatoyance. There is also a bit of black aegirine-augite, translucent pools of feldspar, and a hint of tinaksite bringing a yellow-orange tint, rare minerals in their own right. This stone has a well rounded dome of nearly 7+mm, a versatile 'pillow' shape, and a super glossy polish both front and back. You will LOVE this one!
