Offered here is a vivid cabochon of Willow Creek jasper, from Idaho. This outstanding porcelain-like material, dubbed the queen of jaspers. This example has yellow and white streamers against a backdrop of pleasant pastels of pink, plus some splashes of palest blue. The stone has a well rounded dome of 6.5mm, an elegant designer drop shape, and a brilliantly glassy polish both front and back.
