Pilbara jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Pilbara jasper, from Australia. This material certainly cuts striking stones, with contrast aplenty. This example features red, orange and yellow streaks, as well as flecks of pink. The attractive criss-crossing road map pattern really catches the eye, and I think it has a boatload of designer potential. If you do too, snag it and make it yours!! The cab has a nicely rounded dome of 6mm, a bold designer shape, and a glassy polish both front and back.
