Flowering obsidian cab ~
Offered here is a large, deluxe cabochon of flowering obsidian, old-timey material that hails from Mexico. It features wild starburst patterns in dusty rose-pink and silvery white that stand out wonderfully against a blackish background. They're pom-poms, really, and they are shaped exactly like exploding fireworks! Or chrysanthemums, perhaps. Fabulous stuff, this flowering material is quite unlike any other obsidian, and I must say I like it a lot; every cab is totally unique! The stone has a well rounded dome of 5mm, a graceful designer 'flame' shape, and a smooth, glassy polish front and back.
