Montana agate cab ~
Offered here is a dramatic cabochon of Montana agate, cut from a batch of rough I 'found' a few summers back in a Montana rockshop. heh It features some unusually shaped dendrites pleasingly framing an orange orb. The swath of reddish-orange running through the center shows some subtle banding, while the bands in the black area are only visible with backlighting. The cab has a low but nicely rounded dome of 4.5mm, a versatile designer shape, and a slick 'wet ice' polish both front and back.
