Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of ocean jasper, from Madagascar. This example is of the agate variety, showing a nice gemmy translucence, my favorite kind. It's a nicely patterned stone, featuring deep orange bullseyes with pastel apricot centers afloat in a background of pale green gel. It'll make a beautifully unique item of jewelry, easy as can be. The cab has a well rounded dome of 4.5mm, and a graceful designer crescent shape, polished to a glassy brilliance both front and back.
