Condor agate cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Condor agate, from Patagonia. This classic example has the fiery reddish orange, with bands of red, dark charcoal-black, and deep burnt yellow to yellow-orange. This color combination is typical of this material, unmistakeably Condor agate! There's just nothing else like it. The stone is somewhat translucent, with ribbons of brilliant crimson (not cracks). Odd snow white at the large end down toward the bottom, and in the center of a small fortificaton shown in the 3rd pic). Set this beauty in either gold or silver, and you'll have a real showpiece to be proud of, no doubt! The cab has a well rounded dome of 7mm, and it is polished to a gleaming brilliance both front and back.
