Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of old stock ocean jasper, from Madagascar. This example features a truly striking combination of colors, with a surprising variety of bullseyes and orbs in various sizes. The orbs and eyes are mostly red and oranged, thinly lined with yellow and green, while others are all green. Still others have tiny pseudomorphs around their edges, like cogwheels, or have yellow dots at their centers. Tiny pools of smoky agate between them, too. The contrast here is absolutely splendid, just the sort you'll want to feature prominently in your jewelry showcase or collection. It has a nicely rounded dome of 6+mm, a plump designer drop shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
