Rosetta stone cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon cut from rosetta stone. This cab is an interesting example, featuring a pleasantly ornate pattern in dusty red, with pastel pink and peach, and a splash or two in gold. The flowery figure pretty much runs the gamut, with some fortification banding, lacy scallops, and tiny tubes. Despite some minor voids, this one is truly a remarkable beauty, complete with translucent pools of blended quartz/agate. The stone has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a crisp designer shape, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
