Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon cut from Madagascar ocean jasper, though as you can see, this little beauty is truly more agate than jasper. It features a single multi-ringed bullseye in pastel pink which looks as if it's floating in a bowl full of water. The surrounding agate is a gemmy pastel lime to yellow. The stone exhibits a warm translucence when backlit, as illustrated by the last photo. This simple yet pleasing stone will be gorgeous in even the simplest of settings! The cab has a nicely rounded dome of 4.5mm, a versatile diamond shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
