Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon cut from Madagascar ocean jasper. This example has some unusual blue coloration, and an attractive, rather festive array of orbs and bullseyes. The stone exhibits a nice degree of translucence when backlit, though I neglected to take a backlit photo. It has a pleasing combination of color and pattern that will stand out in even the simplest of settings! The stone has a nicely rounded dome of 6mm, a plump designer drop shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
