Priday moss agate cab ~
Offered here is an unusual cabochon of Priday tube agate, from the famous thunderegg digs in Oregon. This intriguing stone has a variety of intricate plumy tubes running through milky common opal that has just a hint of palest pink and some interesting craquelure figure. Toward the edges there are small patches of orange and black agate, as well as smoky haloes around each tube. The cab has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a versatile teardrop shape, and a great glassy polish both front and back.
