Ochoco tube cab ~
Here is a cabochon of Ochoco lace/tube agate. I've been carefully hoarding the last remnants of my stash in the studio until I can saw up some more slabs. This example has lacy tubes in snow white suspended in translucent agate. It has a great dimension of depth just as it is, so I opted not to cut it as a doublet by backing it in black basenite. This stone has a well rounded dome of 6mm, and a sleek elongated 'teardrop' shape, brilliantly polished both front and back.
