King cobra jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon cut from king cobra jasper, from India. Some select pieces of this material arrived a few years ago now with deliciously bright tropical hues, quite unlike the cobra jasper I'd seen before, which is drab by comparison. The newer stuff is light years more exciting. This example is mostly pinkish mango orange, with edgings of golden yellow framing pools of sparkly quartz. There are some neat little orbs too. Try a cab of this delightful jasper, I'm sure you'll be thrilled! The stone has a well rounded dome of 5.5mm, a plump designer 'flame' shape, and a fabulous polish both front and back.
