Ochoco tube cab ~
Here is a cabochon of top quality Ochoco lace/tube agate. I've been carefully hoarding the last remnants of my stash in the studio until I can saw up some more slabs. This collectible example has a beautifully captivating pattern of lacy tubes in snow white suspended in translucent agate. It has a great dimension of depth just as it is, so I opted not to cut it as a doublet by backing it in black basenite. This unique and fascinating stone will do you proud, whatever your plans for it. This cab has a well rounded dome of nearly 5mm, and a sleek elongated 'spear' shape, smoothly polished both front and back.
