Laguna lace agate cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon cut from laguna lace agate, from Mexico. This cab is a rather unusual example, featuring a frame of dog-tooth crystal pseudomorphs around the heart of the stone, in delicate pastel shades of coral pink and peach and more. There's plenty of fine banding, edged with translucent agate, and a foursome of fortifications at center. The cab is quite sound despite a couple barely noticeable healed hairlines, ready for your designing pleasure. The stone has a well rounded dome of 6+mm, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
