Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is cabochon of old stock ocean jasper, from Madagascar. In fact, this agate variety is some of the very first ocean jasper ever found. This cab features large green orbs with tiny multi-colored bullseyes at their centers, in a translucent background of off-white and pastel yellow with streaks of peach & rose. I particularly like the fortified edging of orange and dark forest green. With such a classic contrast of color and patterns, this is one you're sure to treasure! The stone has a graceful designer 'teardrop' shape, nicely domed at 6mm, with a smooth glassy polish both front and back.
