Bronzite cab ~
Offered here is a fascinating cabochon of golden bronzite, from Australia. This material is extra special because it is very well silicated, unlike other forms I have had to work with in the past. It's wall to wall sparkle, glittering with movement, and some areas also have a touch of translucence. I particularly like the reddish spots at center in this one. Beautiful stuff, and quite unusual, the perfect start for a unique piece of jewelry. The cab has a high rounded dome of 7mm, and a surprisingly glossy polish both front and back.
