Imperial jasper cab ~
Offered here is a unique cabochon of spiderwebbed Imperial jasper, from Mexico. This fine porcelain material is becoming harder and harder to come by lately, particularly when you want pieces with the most artistic figure and color. This one is a splendid example, featuring a dual pattern of stripes in light and dark shades of rosy reddish pink, overlaid with dark reddish stringers. The stone has a nicely rounded dome of 5mm, a long designer drop shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
