Sheep Creek plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Sheep Creek plume agate, from Oregon. Splashes of muted gold, several ornate white plumes and a scattering of jet black dendrites suspended in a translucent background make this a very attractive stone. It's not often you find this variety of agate with such gorgeous plumes; more often it's just the golden yellow with a dendrite or two, so this one's special. The stone has a rounded dome of 5mm, a crisp designer 'spear' shape, and a glassy polish both front and back.
