Tuxedo agate cab ~
Offered here is a bold cabochon of top shelf tuxedo agate. This striking example shows outrageously contrasting bands of black and bright blue-white bands in a fascinating fortification pattern. I was surprised to find that several of the bands show great translucence, turning golden when viewed backlit. This beauty will be amazing in even the simplest of settings, no doubt. It has a low but nicely rounded dome of about 5mm, a versatile designer shape, and a brilliant glassy polish both front and back. If you'd like matching stones to go with this one, I have a lovely pair cut from the same piece, offered separately.
