Prudent man plume agate cab ~
Offered here is an intriguing cabochon of Prudent Man plume agate, from eastern Idaho. This material certainly cuts appealing stones, and I'm really fond of its green plumes, something of a rarity in the rock world. This one is a splendid example, showing multiple layers of color in a warmly translucent agate. Neat how the green plumes have fancy spired tips, in smoky brown. I don't have a lot more of this lovely plume agate to work with, so if it appeals to you, grab it! The stone has a well rounded dome of 5mm, and a crisp designer 'bullet' shape perfectly polished to a brilliant shine front and back.
