Chrysoprase cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Australian chrysoprase from a newly discovered find near Yerilla, Australia. Like the old Marlboro material, it's a gemmy chalcedony colored by the presence of nickel, giving it a beautiful lime green that positively GLOWS. This particular example has several razor fine webs of translucent agate, and a couple black spidery dendrites. Yummy! This stone has a nicely rounded dome of 5.5mm, a designer 'bullet' shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
