Botswana agate cab ~
Offered here is a dramatic cabochon of Botswana agate, from Africa. This classic stone is a long time favorite of mine, one of the very first materials I ever worked with. The super fine fortification bandings in this example are outstanding, showing a lively parallax that's even nicer in person. It's got plenty of contrast and detail, a real keeper! This one is well worthy of your best creative talents, though it's fancy enough to show off in even the simplest of settings. It has a nicely rounded dome of 5mm, a gracefully curved designer shape, and it is polished to a glassy brilliance both front and back.
